Ordering On Behalf Of Customers
Sales reps and admin users can use the ordering site to easily place orders on behalf of any customer.
Admin users can access the ordering site using the storefront icon in the bottom left of the admin site.
Sales reps will already be viewing the ordering site as soon as they log in.
Customers are selected using the Switch Customer feature in the black bar at the top.
With a customer selected, you are now viewing the ordering site as if you are logged in as that customer. You can add items to your basket and use the checkout to create orders on behalf of the customer.
