Veeqo Integration
Getting Started
Linking Items
Items can be added separately on Orderspace and Veeqo, or alternatively, Orderspace can export items to Veeqo as required when exporting orders.
Items are linked automatically by matching on SKU. Any items not linked are shown on the Veeqo Integration page in Orderspace by selecting View Items under Not Linked. To fix any item that is not linked, ensure the item's SKU matches with the corresponding items on Veeqo.
Exporting Orders
Orderspace can be set up to export orders to Veeqo when they are created.
The first time an order is exported for a specific customer, Orderspace will look for the customer in Veeqo by searching on the customer's login email address. If a match is found, the existing customer in Veeqo will be used. If not, a new customer will be created using the data from Orderspace.
When orders are exported, stock will be automatically allocated, if available, from the warehouse you selected in the setup.
For Orderspace to export the correct delivery method to Veeqo, the names of your Shipping Options in Orderspace must match the names of the Delivery Methods in Veeqo. If an exact match cannot be found the delivery method will not be exported and must be selected manually in Veeqo.
Importing Dispatches
With this enabled, the Dispatch section of Orderspace should not be used and orders should be dispatched with Veeqo.
Syncing Stock Levels
With stock sync enabled, the Available quantity for items in Orderspace will be automatically kept in sync with Available in Veeqo.
Available represents the quantity available for customers to order, so syncing on Available reduces the possibility of over-ordering.
Inventory levels should be managed and adjusted in Veeqo and the changes will be automatically applied in Orderspace.
On Hand on Orderspace should be ignored, as only Available is kept in sync.
