Barcode Numbers

Orderspace supports a separate barcode number on each item alongside the SKU. This is an optional feature that can be enabled from Settings > Optional Features on the admin site.

Once enabled, barcode numbers can be entered individually on each item from the Variants tab when editing a product on the admin site. They can also be added in bulk using the Barcode column on a product import. This additional column will also show on product exports when the feature is enabled.

When present, barcode numbers will show on the ordering site alongside the SKU and can be used to search for products. The barcode numbers will also appear on orders and invoices.
