File Attachments on Orders

Orderspace supports an optional feature that allows customers to upload files to orders. This is designed for the scenario where customers need to provide additional information, such as artwork.

This feature can be enabled from Settings > Optional Features on the admin site.

Once enabled, customers will see a button on completed orders allowing them to upload files as attachments. Customers can upload multiple files on each order, but the maximum size of each file is 150Mb.

Orders with attached files will show with a paperclip icon on the Orders page on the admin site, and the files will be listed when viewing the order. Files can be downloaded by tapping on them.
